About the Medical Professions Organization

What is MPO?
The Medical Professions Organization (MPO) is a student-led group dedicated to supporting individuals interested in careers within healthcare and related fields. We create opportunities for students to explore the medical world, build leadership skills, and connect with peers who share the same passion for helping others.
Our Benefits
By joining MPO, members gain access to professional development events, shadowing and volunteering opportunities, networking with health professionals, and resources to prepare for future careers in medicine and beyond. MPO also offers a supportive community where students can grow academically, personally, and professionally.
Who Can Benefit?
MPO is open to all students—whether you are pursuing a pre-health track, another professional pathway, or simply curious about exploring healthcare. Anyone interested in learning, giving back to the community, and becoming part of a motivated and supportive student network is welcome to join.
Becoming a member of the Medical Professions Organization is easy and opens the door to valuable opportunities in professional development, volunteering, and networking.
